Warm for the Office
The Senator runs his office by his rules. The first one puts me in his lap.
This is my first job as a chief of staff, and I want to prove I earned it.
My first week is going badly. Senator Weston Galloway’s bill is losing votes, his legislative director won’t answer my emails, and half the building has decided why he really hired someone my age. I’m at my desk until late every night, eating vending-machine chips and trying to hold the count together alone.
West is the only person in the building who treats me like I’m in charge. He takes the chips out of my hand and tells me that isn’t dinner, and a while later there’s a sandwich on my desk. He’s older than me and silver at the temples.
Late one night we’re alone in his office, and I’m pacing and reciting the count. He tells me to sit down. When I don’t, he catches my wrist and pulls me onto his lap.
“Keep going,” he says. “I think better when you’re not moving.”
So I keep going, with his hand on my hip and his body hard under me, and neither of us says a word about it.
After the vote passes, he locks his office door. By the weekend he has rules for me. I call him Senator in front of the staff and Daddy when the door shuts. And when he tells me to stay still, I stay on his lap without moving until he says I can.
I’ve been the responsible one my whole life. He’s the first man who has ever told me to sit down.
Boss and chief of staff, age gap, Daddy kink, kept on his lap, praise, his rules, no-panties rule, he falls first, breeding, Washington power, and a happily ever after. Standalone. Book 1 of Kept for Daddy.
Kept at Altitude
He’s the captain on my flight. Off the clock, he wants me to call him Daddy.
I finally got the Lisbon line, and I want to run the forward cabin so well that nobody says I’m too young to work up front.
Then the man in 2A grabs my wrist and throws his wine down my blouse.
I call up front, and Captain Conrad Lowell comes back to the cabin himself. He runs his thumb over the marks on my wrist. He talks to 2A so quietly I can’t hear a word, and the man doesn’t move for the rest of the flight. Then Conrad stands in my galley until I’ve changed.
In Lisbon the airplane breaks, and the whole crew is stuck there for days.
That night I find him alone at the hotel bar. He orders me a steak sandwich and watches me eat every bite. I tell him I’ve flown all over the world and never seen anything but crew hotels. He tells me that tomorrow I’ll see this city.
When I thank him and call him Captain, he says, “Not tonight. Not off the clock.”
I try his first name. He smiles slowly, shakes his head, and waits.
He wants me to call him Daddy. I can’t say it yet. I don’t say no, either.
He walks me to my door and doesn’t kiss me. He gives me a rule instead: I text him my room number before I unpack.
It’s the first of his rules. The one he’ll never bend is “hold short.” When he says it, I stay right where he’s put me until he tells me I’m cleared.
